"Guys!" Carter yelled from the other room, Jackson groaned and rolled over as did Thomas, his other roommate. "Come here!"
Thomas stumbled out of his bunk and Jackson followed in a sleepy daze. Carter was standing in the kitchen in his hands was Lillian, the human the three college students had bought as a pet.
"What do you want?" Thomas groaned, "It's too early to deal with your shit." Jackson went over to the counter and poured himself a cup of coffee, making one for Thomas too.
"Dude, Lillian is a boy." Carter exclaimed. Jackson sipped his coffee with furrowed brows.
"What the fuck are you talking about?" Jackson muttered, he looked to
Liam quivered, holding onto his sword tightly. His knuckles were starting to turn white but he didn't care. It was so dark and he could feel tears brimming in his eyes.
Oh god, oh please god.
His knees were giving up on him as a soft hiss filled the cave followed by a slithering sound. The ground shook as if trembling at the creature's power. This rock wouldn't hide him for long. He wasn't a hero, he was just a kid.
After the king sent his two step brothers to fight and slay the beast that had been feeding on the sheep for the last two years, his father turned to him to save the family name. His stepmother didn't care if he lived or died,
Charlie was sobbing uncontrollably, his leg was on fired. It was held tight under a mouse trap.
The bone had clearly snapped, he hadn't been paying attention while borrowing, the human must've set out a new trap. Charlie heard loud, thumping footsteps and he ducked down.
"What the fuck?" A loud voice whispered, Charlie trembled. He couldn't think between the agony and the fear.
Something warm and large brushed Charlie's shoulder. He shrieked and threw himself away from the human's finger. He framed his neck to meet his eyes. Charlie hopelessly tugged on his leg as tears blurred his vision.
"O-Oh my god," the human uttered, he reached down
Kyle stepped into the school, stepping carefully to make sure he didn't accidentally step any humans. He'd just moved to New York from small town Wisconsin and today was his first day in a coed school with humans.
Thousands of years ago humans were discovered, they became a second type of giants, just of a smaller size. Kyle had barely seen any humans, their population was still pretty tiny compared to giants in small towns.
But now they were everywhere as Kyle walked through the hallway. He was overwhelmed to say the least, he wasn't microphobic he was just afraid of hurting them. They were just so fucking small.
He stepped into the offic
Tyler sat in his car anxiously waiting for the right moment, he could see Josh walking around in the house in front of him.
He bit his lip and chewed on his thumb nail. 'Was this a date? Dear god I hope so.'
Tyler checked his hair once more before taking a deep breath and getting out of his car. He slowly walked to his crush's house, Josh and Tyler had been friends ever since Josh was paired with him for a science project. Tyler had developed a crush overtime, it was hard not to with his pink cotton candy hair and pretty eyes-.
Tyler shook his head clearing the thoughts leaving his cheeks tinted pink, he reached forward and rang the doorbe
Luka gasped as the bag he was in was chucked to the ground, he managed to catch his breath and crawled out of the pocket and fall onto the carpet with an 'oof'. Luka looked up and gasped softly.
Charlie sat on his bed, his face buried in his arms, his shoulders were shaking with silent sobs. It was the first time Luka had ever seen him vulnerable, he looked so... broken, "Ch-Charlie," He called.
Charlie looked up and saw him, his green eyes rimmed red. More tears streamed down his cheeks and he shook his head, "N-No." He whispered, burying his face in his arms again.
Charlie walked over to the gigantic, crying boy. He used his strong arms
Luka awoke to a shrill ring, he groaned and snuggled deeper into Charlie's warm chest. The ring ceased and he was pulled from Charlie's chest, Luka moaned and met Charlie's sleepy eyes.
Charlie shook Oliver and Colin awake, slowly they both got up. The two teens left Luka and Oliver alone as they went to change, Oliver sleepily snuggled into his brother's chest. "You have to stay awake, you can sleep when they're at school."
Begrudgingly Oliver got up, after a quick breakfast curtsy of Jax they left for school. "Charlie, can I be in Colin's pocket today? I wanna be with Oliver." Luka asked from his perch on Charlie's shoulder.
"Of course,
Charlie fidgeted, picked at his nails. He was pressed against the back of his cage watching the humans talk amongst themselves.
Occasionally they'd peer into his cage which made him instinctively shy back, some would snort, others coo. Charlie looked up to see a human looking in at him, he cowered back. Nervously he rubbed his scarred arm, for some reason this man didn't seem to be moving on.
There was a lazy but kind smile on his face, "Hello there, little one," He rumbled.
Charlie flinched, burying his face in his arms. The human's smile faltered for a moment, he reached high above Charlie's head and grabbed he handle of the cage.
Charl
Charlie heard the borrower let out a squeak and he scooped him up, he winced as the boy struggled fruitlessly in his hands.
"Hey, kiddo. How's the project coming?" His father's voice snatched Charlie's focus from the boy in his hands.
"Uh, good! Really good, I'm almost finished. I just uh have to repaint a bit more." He replied, a blush rising on his cheeks as the borrower shifted again.
Charlie's dad yawned and nodded, "Go to bed as soon as you finish alright? I don't want you late for school again."
"I will dad," Charlie promised, brushing back the borrower's fluffy hair.
His father nodded, yawning widely once again, "Goodnight," he sa
Luka stumbled back into the walls of the human house he currently resided in, the human boy was back.
It had only been a few days since Luka had escaped, after watching a dog rip his mother to shreds his father forced him to run, to find Oliver. He only had one job and he failed.
Inches away from collapsing Luka ran into a human's house; it was big with parents and two human children. He was able to snatch some crumbs from the large kitchen and regain enough energy to make it to somewhere safe.
Luka decided on the younger boy's room, the son that was closer to his age. He was clean and didn't make it easy for Luka to borrow but when Luka t
